I had a Biopsy done by Doctor Affleck this year.
I was very apprehensive having had a BCG removed a few years ago.
I was so impressed with his knowledge and expertise.
He was also so reassuring and kind, putting me totally at ease.
On the day of the biopsy, Dr Affleck knew that I was worried about the injections. He put relaxing music on to relax me, was extremely careful to alleviate any extra pain.
Dr Affleck made a worrying situation as bearable as possible, with his kindness and amazing knowledge of Skin disorders.

Dr Affleck was very professional and friendly. He put me at ease from the first consultation. He explained everything very clearly and answered all of my many questions. My procedure was quick and painless. Recovery has been smooth so far (3 weeks). I even received my biopsy results on a Sunday evening directly from Dr Affleck.
Hopefully I won’t need to see him again, but if I do I won’t hesitate to return.
The nurse was also exceptionally kind, and very gentle removing my stitches.

Dr Affleck was certainly worth the wait and cost to see him as he could reassure me and he suggested the best plan for my skin problem. He listened and took time to ensure I was happy with plan. I was treated with respect and dignity. I am grateful for the email after the consultation detailing diagnosis and management. He also kindly included some information on the relevent skin condition.
